Macaron






Today I tried making macaron using Tartelette recipe, I would said that its a great success. Previously I have been using a recipe with egg white powder and lemon juice, I always ended up with cracked macaron and sometimes the base is not cooked. But with Tartelette recipe, all these problem are solved!!

I am lazy to do the filing and not really prepared, so I just sandwich it with my leftover praline paste, its something like nutella. I think it should taste better with chocolate ganache.
